Duncannon Borough is an Appalachian Trail Community™ located in central Pennsylvania near the juncture of the Susquehanna and Juniata rivers. 


If you have a water or electrical emergency, please call Duncannon Borough Manager, Chris Courogen at  the Borough Office at 717-834-4311.

General Office Hours: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Billing Office open:   10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Residents wishing to pay utility bills by check can drop payments in the drop box next to the front door of Borough Hall 24-7

For after hours utility emergencies only, call 717-648-7484



Mr. Paul Liddick Sr. is Duncannon Borough’s Local Emergency Management Coordinator. Emergency supplies to include in a kit:
  • Water-one gallon per person per day
  • Prescriptions, diapers, formula
  • Food-three day supply
  • Battery operated flashlight/radio and batteries
  • First Aid Kit
  • Whistle to signal for help
  • Moist towelettes
  • Wrench or pliers
  • Manual can opener
